Chelsea Hansen Promoted to Senior Director of Operations at Launch Consulting GroupBy Sheryl TullisLaunch Consulting Group recently announced the promotion of Chelsea Hansen to Senior Director of Operations. In her new role, Chelsea will work with the practice directors across Launch Consulting to oversee team member assignments, resource utilization, project delivery, processes, and policies that ensure world class delivery for our clients.Launch has between 80-120 client engagements running concurrently, from assessments and workshops to large scale projects, long term implementations and multi-year managed services. The complexity of keeping all client efforts and team members organized continues to increase with Launch’s organization growth. To better support, coordinate and scale company operations Chelsea will orchestrate all the processes, support systems, and tools to keep business running smoothly. Hansen joined Launch over eight years ago after graduating from University of Washington. Her first role was project manager, and she rapidly progressed into program management roles or increasing scope, leading large consulting projects, eventually running the Development & Integration practice and making Senior Partner.Her super powers are getting stuff done and keeping everything running on time, on budget, on schedule. In her personal time, Chelsea enjoys cooking, wine tasting, exercising and being outdoors.
