Airborne and interned as a speechwriter for General Colin Powell.
From military information systems to tech marketing leader, her career spans

Directorate of Information Management in Germany, then created and led Procter
& Gamble’s first e-commerce business. At Microsoft she served as Chief of
Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer, helping transform the company’s shift to
digital marketing. She then led the Marketing Excellence group, responsible for
talent, training and development for 7,700 marketers, digital capabilities, and
World Class Marketing practices.
When Sheryl joined TA Group, she helped pioneer the country’s first tech
certification program for transitioning military veterans. She then led the
Bellevue division of Averro staffing. She became a Direct
Technology Partner in 2015 and a Launch Consulting Partner in 2017. She now directs
marketing and strategic communications for all TAG portfolio companies.
A strong advocate for
women and BIPOC leaders in STEAM, Sheryl founded the Seattle chapter of mBolden
(formerly Women in Wireless) and she won the Mobile Growth Summit / mBolden
“People’s Choice” award for her work as global president of the non-profit
which champions women in digital. She also serves on the Board of Directors for
Tilson Technology Management. Her right brain/left-brain perspective helps
leaders scale their business while creating a culture that helps people thrive.
When she unplugs, Sheryl likes to travel
with family and friends, and seek new adventures of every kind.
