Nick Saechow is responsible for all day-to‐day IT Operations and support portfolio‐wide. He and his leaders manage to performance expectations and service level targets, maintaining a customer-focused Service Desk. With a high degree of accountability for business outcomes, Nick ensures measurement and reporting to identify trends and areas of improvement.
In order to build and maintain a highly effective, highly motivated team of Engineers and Service Desk individuals, Nick is a hands-on IT leader with extensive experience in IT support analysis and operations management, system implementations, efficiency and change management, and strategic planning. He is well-known for his IT expertise and superb people skills.
